Glenguin was first planted in the 1980s and the average vine age is now over 25 years. All of the Glenguin wines come from small single vineyard blocks on the Glenguin Vineyard property.
Glenguin Estate practises sustainable viticulture using organic practices on a property where the majority of the land has been given over to the regeneration of native bush.
Glenguin is a small family winegrower with Robin Tedder, one of Australia’s only 18 qualified Masters of Wine, at the helm.

Glenguin wines are literally handmade with handpruning and handpicking followed by small-scale hands on winemaking. Each wine is made in very limited quantities.
The Shiraz and Semillon vines at Glenguin are directly descended from the original Busby plantings at Kirkton in 1830. Glenguin is pioneering the classic ancient grape variety of South West France called Tannat.
Glenguin wines have won several major Trophies including NSW White Wine of the Year and The Boutique Winemakers White Wine of Show for Semillon plus both NSW Red Wine of the Year and NSW Wine of the Year for Shiraz.

oak, redcurrant fruit and a touch of leather on the bouquet; a firm and quite
dry palate, with a savoury quality to the finish." To 2016.
